+1 for adding more ways to obtain the orbs. My suggestion would be to add them to the Draconic Site as it'd fit with the item as well and could be nice to bring people back to doing excavations and be a welcomed buff to it somewhat as well. Don't believe the drop rate needs to be changed of the reward from the bosses, maybe a minimum of 2 would be nice but that's just personal preference.
