Did you give out ur account information to anybody? also he/she is just trying to help you, you are not the only one who have lost pokemon and so that is why a lot of people already know how it is possible to get them back as it has been seen again and again that people can't get them back 'cause they don't have the ID number. and i would not say lv100 ev trained pokes is hard to obtain, it depends on the pokes stats.
