  5. Hi ^^ Do you have any problem in progressing with the story? Because you might have finished the quest in Silph Co. and once you complete that you can't enter there anymore for the rest of the game. So it's intended, don't worry if you can't defeat every team rocket grunt, if you have completed what you had to do in Sliph Co., then the entrance should be locked :) Try to go on with the story and let me know if you have any issues ^^
  6. I had a similar issue, try left-clicking with your mouse outside the chat box. Other times the issue was solved when I pasted any kind of text in the chat with ctrl + c and deleted the message afterwards (I know it can sound weird, but solved the same problem many times). Let me know if those tips are of any help and if the problem persists ^^

Only Staff members know the exact entity of the eventual punishment issued to players, so there is no way for players to see if a user has been banned in game or he just stopped playing ^^ Possibilities are that you're friend isn't registered in forums and stopped playing without notice, or he got banned for reasons, but no way to find out which one :)
  8. Have you checked the stability of your internet connection? The issue could be related to your connection dropping during the queue time, making it stop at the moment of the drop of the connection (and since the queue time is long enough, if you don't have a stable enough connection, could be the issue that prevents you from completing the queue). Also during the next attempts have you experienced ghost queues (where you don't see the number of the people in queue, but you still are in queue) ? Or the queue number just stopped drecreasing?
  9. 125k, actually. Both area where Beldum spawn costs 5k to enter. I think we have to consider the entrance cost as well, as without paying the entrance cost, the chance to even see Beldum (let alone catching it) is basically zero. I'm still on the fence about increasing its catch rate, though......on one side I can understand the frustration, on the other side, I personally don't have problem with it.....Beldum with 1 HP and Asleep, has around 4.3% or 4.4% chance to be caught in an Ultra Ball, which apparently means the average tries to catch it is around 22-24 Ultra Balls, which is still a justifiable amount to me if it's true. Though, if 7 or 10 players took more than 100 ultra ball to catch 1 HP asleep Beldum, then yeah, maybe the catch rate is bugged and should be checked. Just 1 time of spending 100 Ultra balls is not enough to say anything about buggy catch rate. ^ heard of way more than 10 players with 100+ ultraballs x.x
  10. Then I feel like the variance of the catch rate is too high, since some players catch it with 10-20ish and some don't get it with 200+ ultraballs (ask the poor deidara7), maybe working on extreme value could fix the obnoxious feeling around catching beldums :)
  11. Maybe not all at once to avoid overcrowded maps, but localizing a friend (if the friend allows to be localized) could be a nice addition ^^

That is actually a fair enough point, beldum is the first pokemon on which you need to actually invest some money in just to get the chance of catching, so it could be understandable that the community responded with mostly complaints. But then again it's a tier 9 pokemon (according to the recent changes in spawns, tier 4 extremely rare according to the previous spawn rating) so the risk of "everyone having metagrosses" isn't really there. Also we're not talking about a drastical increase like 1 pokeball and boom done, there are mid-ways between 1 pokeball and over 90 ultraballs (or 150 balls, or... or...), an average catch ratio hard-enough and not obnoxious could be around 20-40 ultraballs with extreme values not going over (with an extremely rare probability) 60 or under 5. I think we can all agree that 120k (100 ultraballs) just for the chance of catching one (let it go it being a good one, if you're interested I can post the probability of your first encounter being epic it's crazy xD) is a bit too much to get even in extremely unlucky cases.

Mounts are indeed tradable, have you checked out this trading guide? https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=123&t=33587 You can assign the mount to a pokemon and trade that pokemon afterwards, this way the mount will be received by your friend ^^ Let me know if you make it work after reading the guide :)

I feel like your post is the most close thing to "nonsense whining" in the thread :) the spawn rate of beldum isn't influenced by its capture rate, so the amount of time in which you can get a good one isn't shortened by a slight change in the capture rate ^^ We all posted our opinions with some arguments to support them, try to do the same instead of barking aggressively while you're feeling the same way as the majority of the community does ^ it's not like there are 0 interaction between the players and the staff, if the community as a whole perceive that beldum catch rate is obnoxious and frustrating I don't see why the staff wouldn't want to avoid player running from beldums (by still keeping its distinguishing hard catch-ratio).

Having found around 6/7 beldums in exc. sites, with 1 hp + status inflicted the "fastest" one took 30 utraballs, the "longest" one all the ultraballs I had left (94) and around 10/15 great balls... Today I ran away from my first beldum, because I said to myself "is that really worth it? just for the chance of it being half-good?" and with the memory of the 1 hp + paralyzed over 90 ultraballs I answered to myself that no, it wasn't worth... A slight fix towards an "easier" catch rate would be less frustrating for the whole community without doing much harm to the game itself, considering that you can't spam "A B A B A B" like in the gameboy DS to increase the catch rate of beldums by 100% like in original games :Heart:

There is a strong anti-bot policy in PRO and every day there is a constant effort by the designated staff to indentify and punish the botters that are currently in the game :) you can contribute to that as well if you see a player moving in weird patterns or at insane speed, you can report the player in "report center" and the player will be investigated if the evidences are sufficient ^^ Also as a guy who understand a bit of economics, I can assure you that the number of botters isn't 100% enough to influence the current PRO economy in any direction. I get that it can be frustrating knowing that there are some botters currently in PRO, but the benefits of having a captcha system don't overweight the drawbacks that would hurt the vast majority of "lawful" players out there ^^

I would like you not to provide uncertain information as facts ^^ say things as they are: a thing is banned from OU by smogon, this thing is currently NOT banned in PRO, and we don't know if it will be in the future. What do u read when i wrote : "he can be ban in the futur in PRO." You speak a lot but please don't comment for nothing. The sentence you wrote was suggesting a really high chance of that happening "u can normally expect that he can be ban in the futur in PRO" , while in reality the tendency that makes most sense assuming based on previous staff decisions, is that catchable spawns will not be banned in the future ^^ Anyway we'll see what will be decided in the future both by the staff and the community, maybe when some more items will be implemented, as of right now the pokemon banned from PvP are listed in the main topic and nothing much more ^^
