Good day everyone, I hope to receive help from a moderator, today was my first time painting a chroma, it's a shame that the information on how to use it arrived late. Today I donated money to the game in order to buy the gengar mount. Then I went to buy the chroma, I went to mega evolve the mount and then when I wanted to paint the chroma it wouldn't let me. What I did was remove the mega evolution and put it back on thinking that this way the chroma would be put on and all I did was lose the money. If only the chroma could be activated with a click or maybe Fabio the painter would have been more visible. Well, I request if possible the refund of the 400k pokedollars if possible, since I am still a little sorry about my transaction since due to this problem I could not fully enjoy my recharge.
