Trainer Valley go by train in Safforn city (120 kanto pokes and 38 evolved pokes, beat Red in Mt.silver) and then go in the saffron or goldenrod station and pay 5k + 10k to go to trainer valley. Sometimes, you can meet issue for not option to go there, the solution is go from subway of love island. Hope it can help you. still dont have any option excet for saffron - goldenrod - saffron.
