One of the NPC's in the ship Mention they gave a sooth bell to their boy but when you beat him he says he threw it away. It may be somewhere on the ship in vermilion although I had no luck finding it.

Normally when it says that, the server is full.

Rollbacks due tend to happen. This is the BETA so expect issues like this. The best suggestion i can give is for you to go back to the ship and get the leftovers again.

I do believe there was a recent rollback or crash. Most of the time when you cant connect its due to the server being full. You should consider donating to help the staff buy more player slots for the server = )

I don't know much about dratini at this point But i have heard you can find him in safari zone and the dragons den. I haven't been to either yet but I have seen people showing dratini off. As for the fishing i am not sure.

Most of the stuff in game is the same as it was in the actual games. So allot of this stuff you can look up on google. = )
