In phase 1 we removed accounts that never logged into the game till 10.03.2016. In near future we will be targeting those accounts who were not active for certain period of time and with less than XX minutes. This is due to freeing up usernames and lowering size of the database.

Nothing to do with a hardware. It's just too many people playing and coding needs to be done which is in progress. Also, server instability was announced a while back. Read the announcements forum. In the meantime we've notified the concerned developer about the issue.

Shane needs to do a client update and few other things in order for staff to finish with testing. When he will be available I am not sure at this juncture. Hopefully soon. Spawns are not set in stone. Based on the user and staff feedback there might be some changes done.

There will be a countdown in place if everything goes as planned.

Hoenn is currently waiting a member of staff to do several things before it can be once more staff tested and eventually released.

Upon checking, I could see that you registered with the one time purpose e-mail. We don't offer support when those e-mails are being used. You shouldn't be using the e-mail you don't have access to.

Simply use the password reset function on the main site. https://pokemonrevolution.net/reset_pass.php - The reset email will come to the email you registered with.
