9oomy and Gouseru won't let you battle them with Pokemon that are weak to dark types. Just keep that in mind

if you decided to read the announcements just a LITTLE further, you would come to realise that 3. is being worked on. However it takes literally days to edit every NPC (which is what I have to do) so that the rebattles get turned off.

Over the coming days/weeks you will notice more and more areas becoming accessible due to myself fixing waterfalls within the game. Currently, Tohjo Falls (now requires waterfall to finish the legendary beasts quest) and Diamond Domain B1F (opens up access to Diamond Domain Main Cave, so that Carbink is re-catchable, and Vanilite is now available for non members) are fully working. Other areas will work in time, but could you please list here what maps need to be looked into, and I will do this. Thanks! Note: I am aware of route 119A, however the area that the waterfall gives access to, needs a remap, so that one might be a while
