I just checked and it looks like you already completed the quest on that island. Are you still stuck or? im sorry for not reposting , but yes i found the problem and solve it thx to you all for help :)

but ther was no pilice officer at the entrance and grunt is missing

i did watched walkthhrue, thats how i know that there shoud be police oficers on ontrence to island and grunt on 5 isle medow

Came to an island to solve the quest, after i couldnt find all 5 members went on forum to find walkthru and then relize thers police officers npc-s on entrance of the island are missing and on 5 ise medow thers no rocket grunt.
