It not bug, these pokemon you guy said is really rare. So you guy can end up with nothing. For Dratini I recommend to hunt at Dragon Den (Johto) by using super rod (not need membership). It will reduce cost and also only spend time to hunt. Hope it can help Thank you for clearing that up. Does catching one in Johto still count toward the Kanto quest for the Arcanine Mount?

I've had no luck with Scyther and not seen a single Dratini either, spent almost 100k on safari zone time. Someone told me Dratini was members only in the Safari Area on Kanto but the Pokedex doesn't say it is so I'm also confused if the spawn is bugged or not.

All we can tell from the pictures is that OP suggested 200k and then took a better offer instead. What is so wrong with that? To me it seems like the two people saying they will report OP are just trying to take advantage of someone who isn't as aware of pricing especially when there's potential to triple their investment, they're clearing trying to rush OP into making a decision and when it's clear that OP isn't a native English speaker it's easy to become confused. It would be disgraceful to have this warrant a ban. Why is going back on a deal something so frowned upon? It would be completely irresponsible to never go back on deals. You think a company selling a product would stick with a deal of $200,000 if someone else offered $600,000 for the same thing? This is exactly what's happening here, OP may have accepted a deal for 200k but then s/he was offered a much better deal and took that instead like any logical business model would do. The people who only offered 200k to make a quick buck are the people that should be punished. Purposely low-balling is a much worse situation than backing out of a deal.

Modest Nature with Black Sludge item 252 Speed, 252 S.Atk, 6 HP Icy Wind Shadow Ball Thunderbolt Psychic look for a gastly with like 20+ IV in Speed and S.Atk and then invest in that. This is my Gengar and it pretty much solo's the Kanto E4 with a few revives at level 90.

I'm on day three of trying to contact them in-game I've not seen one in-game for days, messaged Windypuff on the forums yesterday too but haven't had a reply to that either I'm literally waiting outside the Kanto E4 with a level 90 Haunter I could be in Johto by now if there was an NPC but Thor has said it's not possible so I guess waiting is my only solution.

Thing is, if you're only meeting someone to trade evolve, it's not like you're making a friend it's just a trade and then you both go your separate ways. Why include a risk and have extra work for staff to deal with regarding the reports when you could eliminate that risk. Maybe a good mid-point could be that the NPC is only in one location so players unwilling to travel to the NPC will still need to trade with other players?

Look at other MMO's such as Runescape's Ironman mode; some people see it as a challenge to succeed in an MMO without interacting with other players. I, for one, support OP because my only IRL friend that plays PRO with me doesn't have internet access right now and I have a level 90 Haunter that needs to be trade evolved with no one to trust I'd rather do it with an NPC. Of course I can wait for a staff member but using a staff member as a trade evolve slave is essentially the same as having an NPC do it anyway.

Currently the Local channel shows all the other channel chats too and it drowns out when people talk locally, which from my experience seems to happen rarely. Sometimes if you look away for a few seconds you'll miss a local chat message. Would it be possible for the local channel to ONLY show messages from players in the same map as you without all the other channels flooding it and almost instantly clearing messages? I apologise if this has been suggested before, the search function doesn't seem to work on the forums it just always displays 0 results to me.
