try rebooting your route/modem as it could be a connection issue on your end. you can do this by turning it off for 30 seconds and turning back on (the time is a recommended one to insure a full shutdown of it. but you can turn it back on moment all the lights on it have gone off)

this is an issue that cant be fixed as the user is not online so its impossible to kick them from the game which means they cant be force logged out either. due to the deadlocked account they have to wait till the server crashes and get rebooted as their account is still active in the system but not logged in as their client is no longer connected to account or server.

have you tried reloading your client? sometimes you have to do it a couple of times before it works --moved to proper location--

you don't need to use Winrar or 7-zip to extract it, extract it with the normal windows extractor this is a common issue when extracting with Winrar

make an appeal in the appeal section - https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=32 or you can wait out your ban also edited your post as you showed your IP Address so i removed it for your protection. --locked--

i suggest first taking a look at your account. https://pokemonrevolution.net/Account.php this will give you information about your account (Bans etc) once you look at that it should also tell you why you were banned. if you are banned there, then you will have to appeal here https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=32. if it does not say you are banned, then its an IP ban in which you should try rebooting your router/Modem (turn it off then back on after 30 seconds) and try logging back into the game. if this does not work please write back

Sounds like your account may be "Dead Locked" which means your account is still connected to the server in a sense just without your client connected to it, you will have to wait for a reboot in order to fix this issues. for the mean time, i suggest playing on one of the other servers in the mean time or a secondary account

Can you provide Screenshots? also have you tried to fully close the client and reload it? as this has seemed to work for others whom have gotten stuck before. If it doesn't work, could you please provide me with the server in which this has occurred on so Staff can assist in helping
