what do i do about the rare pokemon that i lost because the server went down?

i was battling a pokemon on two separate occasions and the server has disconnected or gone down when will this problem be fixed so i can try playing it again

tried re downloading closing and relaunching changing password again but it wouldnt let me just got my account back after not playing for a while i reset my password merged to silver and now it wont work for some reason can anyone help gone though loads of people who give me solutions none worked would greatly appreciate anyone elses ideas thank you
