The point is that we can try to retrieve the stolen pokemon, sometimes the player stops playing and doesn't access his/her account anymore and that's the most common reason of why in some cases it's not possible to get back what was stolen. Regarding trustable players I don't get why you say there is no point in finding those, this is a community game in which you find yourself interacting with other people a lot, making good friends and enjoying the game experience is a core part of the game.   4. Yeah unluckily can happen, for really good and valuable pokemon staff is always the safest choice :) Remember to screenshot every trade / trade-related conversation you make, so in case of scam we can actually try to recover your pokemon, but hopefully won't be the case :y:

We have daily reboot, so at max you'll have to wait 24 hours before this problem solves itself. In the rare case, this issues cause by your low connection when you play game and got disconnect, and can potential solved by close completely client and open again. If not solved, you will need wait to reboot. For the future if you have any kind of issues, take a look at this thread containing the most commonly encountered problems with their corresponding solutions.

  19. - Moved to proper section - Also this issue unluckily will be solved only with a reboot of the server. There are daily scheduled reboots, so at max will take 24 hours for this issue to be solved.
