All departments have currently closed their recruitment but there will be an announcement when they will recruit again. As of right now they are closed but if they are open again; you can apply or even get invited. :) Also an "STAFF APPRENTICE" is someone who went through the entire application process and who is currently in training to become a full staff member. Hello [mention]AdonaR[/mention], the first thing will never happen, there won't be increased rare pokemon chances and since we don't have tiers here there is no "UBER" pokemon. The abilities are not up to Gen7, why would it be? We don't have Gen7 pokemon, why would we have Gen7 mechanics?

[mention]shagun5750[/mention], I meet a lot of people in this game and had a lot of discussion with them about the whole iv-reset thing and yes believe me or not but people will quit this game if this change gets enabled. I can also greatly assure you that nobody's life depends on PRO so no it shouldn't be a part of anyone's daily routine but putting that aside. The idea itself is okish and it would legit costs 100$-1000$ to just get one good epic pokemon, you are better off paying people to hunt for you instead of using the iv's reset thing. It's not as beneficial just the fact that someone from yellows Top10 playtime ladder would quit makes me not want to have this feature enabled.

They are very time consuming to farm, even more time consuming than some of the legendary pokemon. [mention]yveltalray[/mention], that's correct; we will never be able to catch 601+ BST pokemon except Slaking :D

[mention]Detsu[/mention], pretty sure it's already public that Jerry or someone from the Scripters is working on an option to re-catch the legendary pokemon. As for the thread, I don't necessarily dislike the iv-reset, just the fact that many people will quit if this goes live and nobody wants that. :)

[mention]Reirrac[/mention], it's up to the community to decide that but as shown previously a lot are against the idea; so yeah you might be right that it will never be enabled. :)

[mention]NamelessHero27[/mention], Karrablast won't be obtainable; it's just a trade-evo from what I have heard :p

I have around 3.4k hours and I can partly relate to this; it doesn't feel like a rewarding game but on the other hand you don't want to break the economy and it's still a mmo. x.x
