  1. To piggy back on Kanmuruu's answer, you can create the guild at a house in Saffron City after you have met the requirements.
  2. +1 on that, an option to change pokemon when you make the adversaries pokemon faint would be gladly welcomed. but something tell me its already on the "to do" list This is actually not on the to-do list. PRO uses the "set" battle option to make the game more difficult.
  3. Hey AdrianMarpana, Glad to hear that you're excited and looking forward to the Hoenn release. At this time I don't have any new information for you, but rest assured, the team is working hard daily. :)
  4. Welcome HassanD, You're not alone! A lot of the players here have played the handhelds in the past and decide to play this game because of nostalgia. I hope this game lives up to your expectations. Good luck!
  5. I've used Budew before to take down Brock. :) Since you mentioned it... something else that will be really helpful is the move list in the in-game Pokedex. Not all of the Pokemon are up-to-date on their move sets (ORAS), but updating this is a goal in the future.
  6. Take a look at the spawn guides in the "Guide" section of the forums. Use "ctrl+f" and find whichever Pokemon you're looking for.
  7. Hello, TheWSlayer. The primary reason that we don't reset accounts is to prevent people from constantly trying to reset their account until they get a good starter Pokemon. As Fenne mentioned, you'll have the opportunity to catch Squirtle (as well as all the other starters) later on during your journey. Good luck the rest of the way! :)
  8. Welcome to PRO, Jasa! It looks like you've played quite a few of the handheld games. Which one is your favorite? I hope you enjoy your time here. :)
  9. Welcome, Maxthomas123. You won't be disappointed. Since these games are slightly different from the handheld versions, take a look at the guide section of the forum if you're ever stuck on a quest. Also, if you ever have a specific question, you can always ask for help in the General Support forum. Good luck!
  10. Welcome to PRO, darkbeforelight! Heart Gold is probably my favorite game of the entire franchise. You'll notice quite a few differences between PRO's version and that game, but I'm sure you'll enjoy it all the same. Best of luck on your adventure. :)
  11. Welcome to PRO, 2huCatcher! I love seeing new players embrace the community and introduce themselves before actually starting their adventure. If you have some time, take a look at the Guide section of the forums (specifically one of the spawn guides) to get a feel for some of the Pokemon that are available early on -- you'll notice it's slightly different from the handheld versions. Best of luck!
  12. Fenne is right. The easiest thing to do is go to imgur.com, upload an image, copy the appropriate link from the site, and then use the forum buttons to insert your image. You can do it. :)
  13. Another perk of membership that might pique your interest is the early access to Pokemon. You may have noticed the purple question marks in the "grass" icon of your map. Well, these represent Pokemon that are only available to members on that route. Some well-known examples include Shinx on Route 1 or Taillow on Route 2. For a complete list of all Pokemon that are currently available, take a peak at this guide: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=89&t=17244
  14. Welcome to PRO, TheRealASP. I like your approach! A lot of players are tempted to race through the game in order to immerse themselves in PvP or to become hunters or traders, but you seem to be enjoying yourself as you go along. Good luck on your journey!
  15. You can beat the game completely without ever donating for membership. Other than the bonus EXP & Money, some of the members-only perks are pretty neat, though. Members have the opportunity to see additional Pokemon on maps. These are represented by the purple question mark on each route. A common example is that members have the opportunity to catch Shinx on Route 1, whereas non-members would have to wait until Johto to find this Pokemon. The Sevii Islands and the members-only section of the Safari are two maps which are only accessible by members.
  16. Grats. You won the 2016 award for most hilarious post. Juv3 should be forced to move to the Blue server. ;)
  17. You're right. Good example. It could also put a strain on the daycare and trade systems if a player had met their cap and was unable to get online to return/trade a Pokemon. A time limit per account is not the most effective way to alleviate the server issue, but limiting multi-client use should still be looked into.
  18. You're absolutely right. No matter which decisions are made, there will always be some degree of fallout and disagreement. I never mentioned it, but the amount of hours I had in mind was ~7-8 hours/day. Would this impact certain individuals? Yes. Would it be fair to those individuals who spend 12 hours a day here? No. Would these players still be allowed to play as much as they wanted to? Yes. As long as they split their time between multiple accounts. Would more people be allowed to enjoy PRO? Yes. Again, I'm not saying it would be popular, but it would help.
  19. Thanks for listening. <3
  20. No offense taken. :) Ideally, I would hope not, but I don't have a solution for that. It becomes very complicated when trying to restrict players from using multiple clients which is another reason why I paired the "hours played" statement together. If you restrict the amount of hours you can play by account name and then limit the user to one account per email** online at a given time, then a person would always be allowed to play. **-edited for clarity
  21. Perfect statement. Anything that you already bought using coins (mounts, clothing, etc) would certainly be tied to your RED server account. They could easily make membership status work on both servers, but the actual items probably won't transfer.
  22. - The primary reason that I suggested it was to increase the amount of real players playing the game. The staff does a fine job of finding bots, but they can't find everyone. - Server space is severely limited. Increasing the cap is obviously the solution, but it's not that easy, so I'm suggesting alternate ideas to spark a discussion. Nothing wrong with that.
  23. This would have more negative effects than positive. For example, on a GM perspective, i'll have to log out and log in to the other server everytime rather than watching from two seperate clients. If however, something can be arranged, i agree with this. since the point is to create more space for all players. Something similar was brought up and was denied iirc. 1. So someone would be allowed to play on both servers at the same time? :/ I'd argue that adding an additional server is almost useless, if a player can multiclient with the same account on both servers. It would be necessary for staff accounts to do this, so then why not just make the restriction for players? For example: Pretentious can be on Red, but not on Blue (at a given time). Deathwing can be on both. Ideally... -Only one account tied to an email can be on a server at once with staff being an exception.
  24. While I think creating PRO Blue Server may alleviate some of the problems temporarily, I think the staff could take additional measures as well. 1. Remove the capability to multiclient. I realize that this may be difficult, or even impossible, since everyone has a "brother" that plays this game, but allowing someone to play on multiple accounts at once is bad for a game with limited server capacity. 2. Implement a daily hours cap. If PRO was a pay to play game, then I'd never make a suggestion like this. However, this is a free game. If you're spending more than "XX" hours per day playing this game, you're hurting the community.
  25. In my opinion, travesty is the exact word that the writer was looking for to build Jackson's personality. Jackson is an arrogant, egotistical character who views himself as the center of the universe. By calling the situation a travesty, he is referring to his Pokemon's performance as a "false, absurd, or distorted representation of" his ability as a trainer. While the word tragedy could also be used here, it would represent a completely different feeling. I would actually argue that sometimes Jackson's dialogue is a bit too formal. As you progress through the game, you will notice that many writers, with various writing styles, worked together to create the story line.
