  4. I'm not sure that I understand the question. Are you trying to see a log of your trades? If so, this is not possible.

  7. Thank you for your suggestion. We've actually had an auto updater in the past, but it takes up too much bandwidth on the server.
  8. There is no way to get the item back. In the future, make sure to re-log whenever you switch items on a Pokemon to ensure that the game saves. I know this is frustrating, but we're working on making the server more stable to minimize these types of issues.

  10. This appears to be a suggestion more than a question for general support. I apologize for the inconvenience. I know it's frustrating--especially after hunting for such a long time, but we're working on minimizing the reasons which cause crashes and deadlocks to prevent this sort of thing from happening as often. Hopefully the next Ralts will pop up soon!
  11. Yes. This problem should be cleared up whenever the server is restarted. Judging by the date of this post, though, I'm sure this issue is resolved. Are you still encountering issues?
  12. Sorry paweeeee, but this is not a problem that we can fix for you. In the future, make sure NOT to level a Pokemon up to 100 before it is fully evolved.

  14. The letter should be a held item on the Spearow received from the guard. Is this still an issue? Do you not have it?
  15. Hello Radich, The server doesn't save all "events" at the same time which is the cause of this sort of rollback. I'm probably over-simplifying this... but what you experienced is that the server recognized that you battled those NPCs, yet it didn't save the effects of the battles onto your Pokemon. This is why you aren't able to fight them again & also why you don't have the experience. We understand that this is a problem. We're working hard to minimize the amount of server crashes/deadlocks to prevent this sort of thing from happening.
  16. Hello phcuong184, The problem that you encountered is what we call rollback. Unfortunately, this is a side effect of when the server crashes/deadlocks. Although you caught the Ralts, the server never saved the Pokemon to your account before it crashed. In the future I would recommend logging out after an important Pokemon catch or whenever you equip/unequip important items to prevent this from happening again. We're working on stabilizing the server to minimize these occurrences, but I'm sorry to tell you that we can not give you a Ralts.
  17. Is this still an issue? Also, have you tried to login without the confirmation email?

  19. If you followed the walkthrough for the SS Anne, did you make sure to get the Pecha Berry from the trashcan? This is usually where the problem is. Can you post the link for the walkthrough that you're using? I'd recommend just going through the walkthrough again to see if you missed anything.
  20. DarckStar, I'm really sorry that this happened. Many people have been affected by rollbacks, but the worst cases are always when it happens on a shiny Pokemon. Unfortunately, there's nothing that we can do for you. Don't let this discourage you though! Best of luck in the future.

  22. Please allow for up to 24 hours to pass. Check your paypal and make sure that the donation went through. If you still don't have your coins after 24 hours, go to the "Donation Issues" forum and post the required information there. Hopefully this problem will resolve itself shortly.   25. The game fills up quickly after it comes up from being down. I'm fairly certain you were just experiencing server crashes. Sorry for any inconvenience!
