Windows 10 is a headache. We'll try to figure something out.

We have used an auto-updater in the past, but it takes up too much bandwidth. Re-downloading the game is the only solution for right meow.

Can you post a SS of the error you're encountering? Also - try clearing your cache. This may help.

This means that your PRO client is out of date. You'll need to download the newest version.

There is a special section of the forum named "Donation Issues". Before you post there, though. Did you log out, then back in? Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for membership to activate. :/

I agree. That bridge was the only worthwhile thing in a Pokemon game past Gen 2. (excluding HG/SS of course) I'm excited to see it when we get there. :)

The main reason that trading isn't enabled until after the 4th gym is to prevent starter farming. If trading was allowed immediately, hundreds of thousands of accounts would be created with the soul purpose of getting a good starter Pokemon. I'm sure this already happens, but with the way it is, it makes starter farming a more time consuming and tedious process.

._. Still not exactly answering or regarding the initial suggestion. You did bring in 3 apprentices - good job, but what are they actually there for? To help the people or to work on coding/art/ something else along those lines? The 3 Apprentices are not part of the content team. They're part of the support team. Only one person has over 500 posts on the forums that isn't already a member of the staff. I don't have access to check how many accounts have played over 300 hours, but playtime is not always the best determinant for deciding if a person would be helpful in this role you're describing. One of the main reasons that we don't release a lot of information about the game (specific quest details, specific rarities, item locations, etc.) is because we WANT the community to help each other. We WANT the players to answer questions for each other. We WANT guides to be created to help share information about the game. We WANT you all to work together.

To piggy back on Solstice's point, not only do we help players in the chat, forums, and IRC-- but just imagine how many PMs staff members receive when they're logged in the game. To grow with the community, we recently added 3 Apprentices and more will be coming in the future. Thank you for your suggestion, and thank you to the players in the game who are willing to help others.

Currently there is not an option to re-order moves. If it's bothering you THAT much, you could try to use the move re-learners in Cerulean, Saffron, or Goldenrod. It's an expensive round-about AND you might encounter some glitches, but it's one way to change your move list.

This probably won't happen. In the future (hopefully the near future) we will be adding an Auction House to the game which will allow users to buy/sell Pokemon that way. I think this would somewhat address your concern because users wouldn't need to keep Pokemon in their party to access this.

I've used BlueStacks before for other games and I found that it was just too slow to be worth my time. As daitana mentioned, we don't really offer support for this, but I'll leave this thread open in case the community would like to help. :)

HM05 is located in one of the houses on Route 2. In order to get there, you have to travel through Diglett's cave which is to the RIGHT of Vermilion City.

Try to contact a GM/MOD in game if you're still having this problem. Let me know if your problem has been resolved. Thank you.

Unfortunately this is a negative byproduct of our server crashes and the subsequent rollback. Shane is working hard every day to fix the problems which cause these crashes and deadlocks. Since the server "loses" the data, we're unable to get these items back to you. I know that you've worked hard for your items, but please understand that we're currently in BETA and things like this do happen.

This is more of a suggestion than a general support question. As skvox mentioned, we've grown in server capacity from 850 to 1400 in the past week while encountering very few new problems. We're doing our best to keep up with our growing playerbase. With that being said, I hope you're enjoying the game whenever you're able to log in.

Many users aren't able to see the path along the top of the map because it's hidden behind the rocks. Please let me know if this issue has been resolved. Thanks. :)
