We typically don't offer time estimates for multiple reasons. First of all, we want to be fair to the players. It would be extremely frustrating to the player base if we set a date and were unable to meet the deadline. We don't want to rush things because we want to deliver a solid product. Second, the regionS that are currently under development aren't anywhere near the point of completion which would allow for a reasonable estimation. Developing regions is extremely time consuming. Since all of us work as volunteers, we all run into real-life issues which can slow down our pace at times as well. But don't worry! We'll make an effort to keep the public informed on the progress. Please remain patient in the time being and enjoy everything that this game has to offer so far. :)

Thank you for the suggestion. Shane is continuously working on optimizing the current server code and determining the causes for crashes & deadlocks. Regardless of how many servers we have, the most important thing for PRO right now is to stabilize the game to avoid those nasty rollbacks. Don't worry, though. We plan on allowing more players to play once we get a better grasp on what we already have. :)

Okay. If you haven't been able to get passed this quest yet, here's what you need to do. Go back to the Doctor in the kitchen. Tell him you want to help the captain. Make sure you check the trash cans in the kitchen to receive the Pecha Berry. That's where you seem to be stuck.

Which device are you trying to download PRO on?

Sorry for the late response. After you have 6 badges, you need to go to Cinnabar Island to continue the story. You can do this in one of two ways. 1. Travel DOWN from Pallet Town. 2. Travel DOWN and LEFT from Fuchsia City.

Sorry for the late response. This quest has been tested multiple times and is working. As Crimson said, occasionally lag prevents you from checking the boxes. The only advice I have for you is to make sure that you check all of them.

Sorry for the late response. When Shane creates the PROMac client, he isn't able to test it because he doesn't have a Mac. Hopefully this issue will be resolved in the future, but I don't have an ETA for when this will happen.

You should be using "langit" to log into the game with your password. Is this not working?

I'm sorry for the late response. Are you still encountering this issue? Have you tried downloading the newest client under the downloads link?

Certain maps will lag more than others based on a variety of reasons. We're currently working on server stability and optimization to mitigate these issues, but I do have a few things that you can try. Under the options menu in the game, make sure that you have VSync and Limit FPS checked. Both of these will drastically improve your game performance. If you're still encountering these issues frequently, you can also disable Weather and Detailed Lighting for better performance. Hope this helps.

We're aware of the issue and are working toward a resolution which will improve our account activation system as a whole. I know this can be frustrating, but we should have this issue resolved soon. Thank you for your post.
