I promise you it isnt 50/50 I recently switched to oras and A bunch of people use swagger and you can tell its easily 50/50 on the ds. Here its atleast 65/35 maybe even 70/30. I dont think prankster needs to be banned tho. Confusion just needs to be looked at by them. This thread has been made 1-2 other times and no dev or mod has replied. And its not on the pvp ban list, so I assume they are most likely looking into it.

I mean when I play about 10 games in one day lose about about 270 rating due to each game hurting myself atleast 70% of the time. I just personally believe there is no way its 50-50

Does anyone else feel that confusion chance to hurt yourself is more than 50%? and another one I've noticed is ice beam seems to have more than a 10% chance to freeze. Is this just me being unlucky? Or do others feel the same way?
