If it's an Egg Move then PRO did a mistake, because it's a level-up move in official games. Learned at lv1. Just saying if its not in relearner he should check Egg moves. Haven't had much experience with binacle. Plus having help from Discord, so not fully my answer. :p Edit: Apparently some are saying its glitched for some pokes, and they can't even learn it.

Currently registration is under some work, and is not working. No ETA on repair, as stated on PRO twitter. Sorry!

So this is what I see when I attempt to download from ANY source for the mac client (i used the google one for this, even thought this is what happens from ever source, not just google): This is what I see when I attempt to extract the file from ANY source: So I choose to extract anyway, which it let's me do: Then when it's done this is what I get: That is not an app, nor can that file be opened by any other app. I tried moving to my application folder, and when I attempt to open it, nothing happens. Ill Pm you a drop box download for PRO, try that and we'll go from there.

I'd personally try to redownload.

Just be patient, restart your application. Sometimes this happens after relogging really fast.

I believe its a 30 minute cool down per submission, or 5 every poke day? Thats what I've been told around discord. Haven't fully looked into it. Hoping someone can answer with a legitimate answer so we all know :)
