Noobs will just be angry cuz they won't be able to use the pokes they just bought. They will ask for their money back but can't trade the poke cuz it's locked into their box so they will just be more pissed at either you or the dev team. Doesn't seem a very good solution to me.

Go surf in Tohjo Falls (cave between Kanto & Johto) it only spawns goldeen and seakings so getting a lighting rod one is very easy, bring a modest Kadabra/Alakazam with Roleplay and it will go really fast.

Hi, I've been wanting to get the move Foul Play on my Mandibuzz so i tried getting it as an eggmove like Bulbapedia says it's an eggmove or tutor move. The move Foul Play hasn't been in the eggmove list or any other way to learn it. Same goes for Spiritomb. Is there any way to get Foul Play on these pokes or do i need to run Knock Off instead? Hi, I would like to report a bug with the ability Dry Skin on my Croagunk/Toxicroak and probably other Dry Skin pokés too.
