Basically, Help chat almost helps for story and some related stuffs. It is very distract and get flood by rate request. In my opinion, I want to ask why people want to rate some pokemon - it is nothing useful in story and almost nothing to do in help chat. In fact, all most case is show off and that is not need to help. Additionally, the reason for rate chat not work in battle is noone want to sit in the place with just rate for everyone (everyone want be rated but no one want rate). If battle chat not work, I refer to redirect it to All chat rather than help chat. Thanks I can remember a day, not sure which, last week that Webmaster came into All chat on PRO. Who stated Ratings should be taken to Battle chat and was very adamant about it. Not that i care much for ratings inherently, but who should we follow on this? You or Webmaster? Rating is done in Battle channel but if no one replies you may take it to all but not to help.

No, we did not allow it because some moves/abilities were not working/bugged and hence why Rain teams are not common now a days in ranked AFAIK.

Are you sure you weren't using a Pokemon with scrappy? if yes, can you tell the Pokemon which hit Frosslass with Tackle?

You encounter every water spawn while fishing and so the odds of encountering a rare Pokemon is much more than while surfing and that might be why you can't encounter one.

I heard from some guilde members that you can fish corphish and dragonait too even if the dex say surfing Okay maybe if they implemented that in the last 2 weeks. Before that time I fished for about 9 days cause I wanted to get a good h.a. dratini and in that time I never encountered a dragonair or a corpfish You can encounter every Pokemon on water while fishing, but fishing spawns cannot be encountered while you are surfing.

You cannot trade Jhoto Pokemon if you only have 8 Kanto badges, but once you enter Jhoto (when you are finished with Kanto E4) then you can trade Jhoto Pokemon in Jhoto but cannot trade Kanto Pokemon till you have 8 badges of Jhoto. Once you have all the 16 badges, you can trade any Pokemon from any region any time.
