Nature its the orange and green you asking about as i said orange decrease 10% and green increase 10%

You can search in smogon(a website) for the build about the pokemon you want.

The common build for them;Charmander timid/jolly, squirtle is bold, jolteon timid, gastly timid, dratini adamant/jolly, mew timid/bold

Orange decreases 10% in stats Green Increases 10% in stats. So if your pokemon is Physical Attacker it should have Green in Atk and orange in spatk(Adamant Nature). Example Breloom, breloom is physical atker so he can be Adamant or Jolly because jolly increase spd and decrease spatk and jolly nature doesnt affect atk so it suits him. Still the nature is depends on pokemon or how you use it.
