The problem is with SEISMITOAD ATK stat ==> 95 (Right) vs 85 (Wrong)

Seimitoad is inheriting its BW stats right now as you can see at the link: https://www.smogon.com/dex/bw/pokemon/seismitoad/

Please login here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard and make sure it indeed says banned.
Then appeal/ask for reason here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=32

264433 In pvp if the weather change lets say from sand to sun some times it dont appear but works.. and also if its sand and it stop and then your enemy start a sand it doesnt appear to you also ..

As stated by Windypuff in another thread similar to this one, please be careful when borrowing pokemon as it's very easy to turn into a scam and then have reports to deal with.
