you can do this after you finish fourth gym I think I've got 6 badges and every time I talk to him he's like "I was going to ask you about something, But you are preoccupied by getting badges"

Can you only do these after beating kanto?

Anyone got advice on trying to get an electralizer? Besides praying and crying?

I know it's in the game because i see people with them all the time. So how do I evolve my magneton into magenzone? In the original game you had to level up magneton at a certain area. Does the game have a certain area?

Also, I'm not very familiar with forums and don't know if I'm suppose to ask this somewhere specific, but is there anyway to change the look of my character later in the game :Question: .
