Hello PlumboMaster, I am sorry about the inconvenience you have experienced, if you followed the steps JollyolNathan said, it should be a 1 time thing so nothing to worry about, if you delete all the folders and download again might help aswell to solve issues. Hello Gerard29, like I told in your other topic we aknowledge that bug (where Bosses appear with 0 Hour cooldown, which Arnie, Chuck, Erika and Brock are the affected) and we are trying to get a solution (it's on our priority list). I am going to lock the thread since there is already a lot of open threads about his issue in the Bug Resolution Center.   11. Cheating is not nice, that is just laziness talking, and not our fault if you didn't want to follow the rules and then got punished (aka this is life works :P). Anyway I wish you best of luck for the future and I hope that you will have a lot of fun in the next game you play :)

Hello Hamall, I am sorry about the inconvenience you have experienced, unfortunatly those suggestions you made were already tested (kick or even banning for 1 second didn't work and the log out botton in the forum/dashboard didn't work). The only way to prevent this issue is to do "Settings-Log Out", this will force your account out of the server and therefor save it from this glitch. Once again I am sorry that this happened to you, and the next reboot should be made soon, normally it is rebooted every 2/3 days. Best of luck.

I am sorry but as MecanoJilano replied, we can't for maintenances, nor we can't kick the accounts out of the servers with our current tools (we tried it multiple times).   17. Hello Mayter and hamall, I am sorry about the inconvenience you have experienced, and as you can see here, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time. Whenever this occurs, you have to wait until the next server reboot to play again. In the rare case, this issues cause by your low connection when you play game and got disconnect, and can potential solved by close completely client and open again. If not solved, you will need wait to reboot. I hope you all the best and ask you for a bit of patience while waiting for the server to reboot.

Hello Reexz, I am sorry that happened to you, but server reboots aren't planned so there isn't a exact schedule for it at the moment and we can't kick accounts out of the server (already tested many times, even as a 1 second ban). I hope the seller can understand the delay of the daycare. Also, to prevent this from happening again use "Settings-Log Out" since it will force the account out of the server and not letting this issue to happen. And as the forum rules on top of this page states: I am going to lock the thread. I am deeply sorry that you have to wait all this time, but it should be rebooted soon.
