  1. And like the other users said, sometimes a reset to your router is enough to disable this issue in this situations. Hello ThePokeMaestro, and like the community said, no, its not a bug what you are experiencing, I understand the frustrating feeling about that but this derivates to the fact that this game is a MMO, and sometimes its almost everything up to the luck you have. Hey there Kaechi, unfortunatly you indeed reached the max of capacity of your box, we know that it shows that you have 67 boxes free, but actually there is only 59 free to use(the 60th will be already locked).   7. We are aware of this situation, as soon as the scripters are able to solve it we will tell it, in the meanwhile you can try to fight them every 1/2 days.   9. Hello MeNameNatan, unfortunatly, like TheJollyPear said, its impossible to reset the account in the same server. The only way to restart the game will be by making a second account (we allow 2 per email), like ThePokeMaestro said, and you can also restart a playthrough if you start in another server.   10. Hello Lyue, unfortunatly due to Microsoft Policy its not possible to make an official client (from us) for that kind of devices. And as our dear GM Daeon said, third party programs aren't allowed, making it impossible to play the game in the Windowns Phone, since it would only be possible by editing the client.   11. Hey there Amanjr666, as Red Server got rebooted yesterday (after your topic) you should be able log into your account again. This is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time.   13. Hello Darnold93 and I am sorry for the late answer and for the inconvenience of that experience. First of all I would ask you to try to delete every folder you have with PRO's Clients from your device (including the Trash Bin) and download another time but this time when unzipping the file try this way: If this doesn't work out, you can try other 2 steps, one being download a diferent client (if you are using the x64 try the x32, or vice-versa) and try to do the Windowns 7 solution. If you want to know which moves aren't coded or which ones are, check the PvP rules and moves thread, if a move is listed in one of the lists, it isn't coded, if its not listed, means its coded.
