  1. Hello mirikado267, I am sorry for the inconvenience of that experience, that bug is already aknowledge by the staff. Certain bosses, being Arnie and Chuck the most common ones might appear with this bug. The scripters are already trying to solve that issue and should be over soon. In case the coins doesn't appear in the said time, make a topic in the Donation Issues subforum with evidence of the transfer (example: receipt from paypal).   8. Hello everyone. As the Official Legendary Tournament Round Two registration already began, you will need to submit via PM an Imgur album with the Pokemons you want to use in Battle. With that in mind it was decided to do this guide in order to help you do that Imgur album. If you want to know how to take screenshots with easy tools besides your devices offer, I recomend Gyazo and Lightshot as it will make a image and upload to their site, where you can just use the link or download from there. The guide will consist in 5 steps. If you have any doubt on how to do any of them make sure to leave a post in order to help you. [glow=grey]Step 1: Create an account in Imgur and Log In.[/glow] [glow=grey]Step 2: Adding Pictures[/glow] Click into Add Pictures. You can now post the link of the pictures you want to add or drag the picture from your computer to the the page. You can also skip the first part of this step and just drag to the page, it will automatically work as it is listed in: [glow=grey]Step 3: Creating Albums[/glow] Click where it says All pictures and a menu will appear, then choose + New Album, it will appear a new menu where you can write the Name and the Description (remember to not use the Secret option otherwise no one will be able to see the album besides you). [glow=grey]Step 4: Adding Pictures to the Albums[/glow] Choose the option Add Pictures then a menu will appear showing all the pictures uploaded in your Imgur account. Click once once on every picture you want to add to the album (It will appear a check mark in the top right corner of each picture) and then press save when you are done. [glow=grey]Step 5: Getting the link of the Album[/glow] Click on your account name in the top right corner of your page then a menu will appear, in that menu press Albums as it will list all the albums you have in your Imgur account. After it click on the album you want to share and the whole album will appear, on the right side of your screen you should be able to see a menu where you can see the link of the album and the other settings for that album.   9. Hello TR3Y, I am sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. There are a few suggestions I would recomend you to do in order to solve this situation. As you can see from here: Also, in case this steps doesn't work, deleting all PRO clients you have in your device (including the trashbin) and then redownloading, after it disable the antivirus just for to unzip the file. Another step you could take is to not use other applications that uses the internet, sometimes even small devices like smartphones could influence the network. Hello everyone, first of all I would like to give you my sincere apologise to the whole inconvenience you have experience the last days, as you can see in here: Altho its not our fault this keeps happening, its on our hands to try to solve this situation. And I can assure you that the team is working as much as it can to get an end of it. We kindly ask you some patience while the situation is getting fixed. Regarding the event, it has been requested and noted to extend the duration. Make sure to keep an eye in the Announcements and the Announcement part of the client for that matter. As for the current situation I would kindly like to ask everyone to Relog everytime you get a pokemon you want to keep away from Roleback as it will force the save in the database. Also, as my personal advice as a player avoid doing important battles like Bosses since if the server crashes during the battle, the NPC will indeed go into cooldown and we won't be able to reset the cooldown (Source). Also, as it is posted in this link, we are unable to take any action to items/pokemons that were rolebacked. With, I hope, all the situation explained, I wish you all merry christmas and once again sorry for the whole inconvenience.

  14. Hello Rexbsw3217, I am sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced, unfortunatly I can't assure you any sort of compensation for the ongoing issues that happened the last few days. If there will be any sort of action from the staffs towards the community it will be posted in the Announcements subforum. If you free to do so, feel free to read the explanation of Roleback to understand what happened. To prevent it you can Log Out after each catch or important battle since it will force the save into the database. Would also recomend to don't do Bosses since server crashs are unpredictable and it will make the boss going into cooldown. Once again I am deeply sorry that this is happening.     Hey there moman327, unfortunatly you guessed it right, the answer is no. As you can see in this thread: As we have no tools or permission to work to do a client for that OS the PRO iOS Client is not a thing.
