Hey there Hawkea8901, you can check the guide in this link, and at the end you need to find 3 Pokecenters that aren't still full corrupted, which means you need to find 3 random pokecenters across the Hoenn region, in which pokecenters like Verdantuff, Evergrand City and Pacifog city counts. Hello chodom07, I am sorry about the inconvenience you are experiencing, as you can see in this link and as basically Fippsie said, unfortunately, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time. Whenever this occurs, you have to wait until the next server reboot to play again. In the rare case, this issues cause by your low connection when you play game and got disconnect, and can potential solved by reseting your route and closing completely client and open again. If not solved, you will need wait to reboot. Once again I am sorry that this happened to you. Best of luck.

Hello Greedyguy, I am sorry that this happened to you, and based on MecanoJilano reply you should be able to take the right course of action in order to report the said user. Also, as you can see on the top of this page: Forum rules 2. Do not post anything ban related here. I am going to lock this thread as it is against this subforum rules. Quoting for easy access: You can /ignore PlayerName, it will be effective until you completely close your client and launch the game again :) I wish that everything turns out well and have fun playing. Hey there shreadmaster, I am sorry that this happened to you. A simple solution that issue might be to delete all the current and past folders you have from PRO clients and then re-download again. If this keeps happening try to do the steps listed in this link under "Crash issues or other issues". Hello thanhamoz, I would like to firstly say sorry about our delay on answering to this thread and I am sorry about the inconvenience you have experienced. In this situation you can only ask for the punished player to make an appeal in the Discipline Appeals subforum in order to get his account free to return your pokemons. We can't do anything else because it would be unfair to the other people that lost his pokemons due to suspensions of other players (including me as a player, which lost already some because of a situation like your own). Hello JBrian and everyone, me and the rest of the staff are deeply sorry about the delay of this situation, we are working on a lot of stuff at this moment (which some of them were already reveiled in the Announcements). We should reset the PvP Season SOON. You can still play PvP in order to get PvP Coins in the meanwhile. Once again I am sorry about our delay and we are working hard for the game behind the curtain.
