The same thing has been suggested already. Maybe take some time and search first before you start whining. Also, this game is nowhere near as big as games like LoL and Hearthstone to compare it to them, and they're actually a company.

It's really not that hard, you just need to use the right pokes. I beat both johto and kanto using only a gengar and a gyarados around level 80s without ev trained. The rest of my team were low level pokes for backup in case I need to revive or heal my main pokes. For anyone that plays competetively, E4 is a piece of cake, but it seems like most people here don't. Trust me, you'll realize how easy it is when you learn more and start playing competetively.
