As the title says, im wondering how many times i can visit the trick master before the quest is over, and what the rewards are for doing his "quests".

I just competed the 4th gym in kanto and wanted to trade, but when i access trade chat it gives me a system message? "You need to own the rainbow badge to talk in Trade chat."
