This seems like a good idea, but this could also be abused. Someone could get the tag and then start sucking at their job. I just don't see it being feasible. Thanks for the suggestion.

We did it with pikachu because that's how it was done in Gen 6. I don't think there are any plans to spend hours ripping audio for pokemon cries.

This would require a re-work of the npc system but is not impossible. -

Rock smash is not done using a script. And dig spots don't have it because they have rare item chances. -
We have a 6th Gen moveset, but not all 712 pokemon have had their movesets completely mapped yet. Please be patient.

We do make updates on twitter for major events. There is no reason to post every single time the server goes down considering we don't know when a crash is going to happen.
