I have a question is mirror shot banned from pvp, it is an attacking move which ocasionally reduces acc, and in the rules section it looks like this should be a move 100% chance reducing acc. On pokemon showdown it is not banned so i think that it is not banned.

I don't know whether it is meant to be like this but baton pass for some reason is a priority move and i dont exactly know why. Will this be fixed or it is how it supposed to be in PRO?

Yes i got a lvl 97 shroomish not evolved and i cannot relearn from move tutor the move Spore. I think something is not right and i am pretty damn annoyed with this fact. How can i make it relearn spore?
