IV's are randomly generated per pokemon, ranging from 1 - 31. IV's are permanent, immutable or unchangeable. EV's are by default, empty upon caught or recieved. EV's can be gained by defeating certain pokemon depending on the desired EV to gain. Example, defeating a Pidgey will give you a Speed EV of 1, Pidgeotto gives 2 and 3 if Pidgeot. Macho Brace, an item that doubles the gained EV. How does it affect the stats? Analyze this example..

MAYBE, they put that rule to also give chance to other people to land in the ladder. Though its impressive to see someone manage to land his 2-4 alt on ladder (then worst only 10-20 person rules the ladder, makin "top 25 players" title useless.) its also kind of selfish. Preventing other people to hit the ladder.

Just like at Johto, all your pokemon in pc are unlocked upon defeating the 8th gym in hoenn. But if you really insist, I can only recommend the Hoenn's Victory Road.

Some minor&major bug fixes, a new perma & seasonal areas--e.g., pinkan island, vulcan island, a bunch of new bosses--e.g., Pc boss (sevii isle 2), legendary dog guardians( 3 of em), and more. By that you can obtain your legendary dog after a certain quest. New pvp items--e.g., choice band/specs/scarf, weakness policy. Mail system. Either only usable on legendaries. Or full use but the only way you could obtain the IV reset was from a rare boss reward and not in coinshop. It gives the already implemented feature use whilst not making it ridiculous by having it be over obtainable. Ahh yea being obtainable only via rng through boss reward is probably my borderline of approval.

Its called Rollback. It will return your account's stat/catched pokemon to its previous state minutes/hours ago. Trades are excluded for I presume a server automatically saves an account's state after a trade is done. It is most likely occurs when a server crashes. It is also a very known cancer in this game so get used to it. Also no staffs returns a rollbacked pokemon since the beginning of time. That sure is a big loss, you earned my deep condolences. GL! nxt time.

I second that. I lost 2 masterballs due to that bug. I hope atleast they'll put a confirmation promt if a person uses a masterball.

The only thing I know is, Shane said he won't be adding the reroll iv on the next update // Queues are history. I would suggest off with your chair, have a healthy life, go on an adventure and experence what the real world has in store for you.

Congrats! Also don't get spoiled to these kind of goodluck if you still lack badluck experiences. For badluck exercises one's patience, hope, spirit, and sense of contentment --which are needed for that elusive glory, from Lord RNG. Bless your soul young man.

If the bug is true. Then pretty sure it'll be listed to Shane's to-do(/fix) list. For the mean time, find an alternative measures. Btw, aren't Gengar and Gyarados enough to finish the E4 for you? or if you mean your Gyarados uses the Giga impact, then wouldn't it be better to just go for its normal(E4 sweeping) moveset --- i.e., Dragon Dance-Earthquake-Ice Fang-Aqua Tail?

Not so sure with the bug. But if you really want to beat the E4 badly, I suggest to find another alternative pokemon(ofc no Giga Impact) to be used for E4 --- e.g., Gyarados, Gengar, Scizor. They are greatly suggested with most of the players.

Hey ^-^ Wal As I noticed of you, you were a helpful and approachable one when you were still with us. Though I was not really that aware much with these conflicts, I hope you'll influence your current colleagues to promote peace upon this community. Same goes to all guilds/players server-wide.
