As Prehax showed in the screenshot, "Old Sea Map" goes under "Key Items" so try to look for it there. Also you have to talk to Lapras between 12:00-13:00 Poke time. Let me know if you need further assistance.

330234 As you can tell, it's not Shane who posted this. I don't think Shane is responsible for creating maps or new event areas. There are other people who do this part of the work. Shane is responsible for implementing new abilities and fixing code mistakes though. So if Shane doesn't have time, but everyone else does.. Would you prefer no new content at all? I am not 100% sure if this is true, but this is how I understand it.
