Hello! Please, do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here. If you played on the Red or Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps! Regards, Warden

Hello! Regretablly, as of now, Server Transfer is not possible as the thread meant for it has been locked by the admins. All you can do is wait for them to re-open it offer the chance again. Hello! Firstly, I would like to advise do not discuss anything ban related here as they are against the rules. Now, you can find the reason for your ban by just logging onto the Dashboard. After you have done that, you have to sincerly appeal here. Just wait for the staff member who banned you to answer you. Bump your thread every 24 hours if it gets unanswered. Now if you weren't actually banned, double check with these;

Hello! Do not worry. Most of them wouldn't say that this is because of the reasons you mentioned. This is a bug for player who recently merged. Hello! Firsty, make sure you have the Fog badge as it is required to use the move outside of battles in Kanto region. Once you have done that, you can also defeat the Saffron Gym and then head for HM Surf. Let us get to the topic. First, beat an NPC named Victor at the beach which is to the south of Fuchsia. Once done, enter the Safari for 5,000 which is to the north of Fuchsia. There, go to Safari Area 3 and enter Safari House 4. There, you should find HM Surf on the table. Have fun! Regards, Warden

I am not so sure about the colors. But, I will agree with renaming All Chat. One confusion is what you mentioned and another one is that a player came to Help Chat and asked for Price Check; I asked him that Price Checks are done in All Chat. So he mistook this for the term 'All Chats' that means Price Check can be asked in each and every chats. So, the All Chat can be renamed as 'General' Chat or by any other suitable name. Greetings! I had thought of this suggestion maybe a week ago, but had forgotten to post it, so here it is. I assume introducing something similar to 'Information (or) Status' would be fun. The meaning of this is when others view someone's Trainer card, there should be a player information which we can edit via our a command like '/info 'X'. This might be fun and maybe also useful. Actually, everyting is do-able, you just need will power. If you enter a game and begin to play it, you have to face its hardships, these are basic problems, mate. People who quit due to difficulties, it is their wish but in spite of that, I will claim that quitting because of hard NPCs is not very brilliant ideas. Hello! As you have not played ever before, it is obvious there would not be a Merge button on the Dashboard. Please, can you make sure your Password is alphanumerical (only letters and numbers) and also make sure you are not using CAPs while trying to log in. Hello! Yes, you must have to be the champion of the region you are travelling from. The change was applied not long ago and when the Vulcan Island was released, this requirement was not yet there.
