Then, go to second floor and talk to Dr. Henson in one of the rooms. Then go to the ballroom and find blissey. Then interact with it and it'll give you a secret potion. If you did everything and still can't find Blissey, I advise you mention your server, IGN and timezone. A CS might help you

Battling Jackson and other NPCs is optional. It is not required. It's for getting exp. Also, did you follow every steps mentioned in the guide.

If you want to go to Kanto from Hoenn, use the ship in Lilyclove. You will have to pay 5k to reach Vermilion. Then from Vermilion, go to saffron city. There you have to show a starmie to Symphonia( The starmie must be yours, you should be it's OT). Then defeat her. It could be a thing that when u talk to Fuji it tells u he will go to <insert place in sinnoh> to go <insert what he does> and the boss would be at there :shrug: Or else when we are the champ of Sinnoh and have requirements like 200 hrs,he should appear in Sinnoh victory road and be ready to fight with us. But his dialogue back in Kanto should be changed to " I will meet you when you are stronger and when I feel it's the right time to crush you"
