It moves here and there on a bridge above water. I noticed that I could pass through that totodile. But, it we aren't supposed to go through pokemons on maps right?

Good article. But, Anything with STAB Surf and good special attack are not things Rhyperior will like at all. Starmie is the first thing that comes to mind. Gyarados' Waterfall is pretty mean, but with your monstrous defense and your ability to drop it in one Stone Edge, I have doubts Gyarados would try to take Rhyperior on.

Yes, the pokemon can learn the moves that are listed in pokedex from move re learner. But, if you want to learn a move of its previous form, only some pokemons can learn as they have it their pokedex data.
