I would say it's similar to iOS in that Apple only allowed "trusted" apps onto their store. The same would apply to PS4.

I'm not sure what you're asking? Magikarp never learns Thrash. If you mean you level them over a move, so say UMBREON learns a move at 35 and you evolve him at 37 then yes, you can relearn that

I assume you're talking about pre-evolution moves? Even in the real games, unless you learn these as the base pokemon, you cannot relearn a move they haven't learned. Example: Shroomish learns spore at level 45, Breloom never learns this. If you evolve Shroomish before he learns spore you can never learn spore.

You need 6 level 100s on you at the time, not 5. Your whole team needs to be 100 when you battle him. If you're struggling with a surf pokemon, remember that lapras and magikarp enable you to surf without a pokemon with surf on you (as long as you have the correct badges which of course you do).

This is a known bug that I believe is getting fixed in the next client :)

I feel that this is a frugal matter, in addition, Nidoran is common, and will always be common; if you're expecting rare pokemon more often, changing the spawn rate of Nidorans will not change this.

It's a good idea, but the main issue I see with it is there would likely be one area per region where most people setup, which would cause a great deal of lag/crashes (which of course no one wants). Also we already have personal shops her on the forum, so although it's a good idea, I think it would be a very, very low priority idea, and with things such as Hoenn and such a much higher priority, you'd likely be waiting a year or more for it.

You don't need any badges in Johto for cut I believe; also with headbutt, look for trees that have a sleeping emoticon on them. Also the first tree on Route 29 like this is currently bugged. :)

If there's a GM online try help chat or something similar, and ask them to teleport you, that should work.
