This is not a bug, it will skip the dialogue because the space button is interact button, if you dont want it trigger the dialogue while you typing in the text box, just simply set your interact key to other button. It is locate at Options>Key binding>interact.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I think this might be cause by you talked to Wattson in new mauville, there are some changes in variables before and after the revamp, and you simply talk to him, which make him re-assign you the transmat quest variables. Please let us know when you are online in-game next, since one of us will need to coordinate a time to log into the game in unison with you in order to correctively re-register your user variables.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your report, it's cause by some control flow problem and it's fixed now. It will no longer force you to learn the move after you click on "on second thought, no." and exit the dialogue.

Do you means the move originally is spark, then you try to replace it with the surf but it turn out to be wild charge? And your pikachu don't have wild charge in the beginning? CD for Victor to teach Surf is 14 days.

According to your variables, seem like you are at the state that haven't talk to the 3 legendary dogs (running in a circle) in the bell tower. After talking to them, the 3 legendary dogs will spawn at respective place, tohjo fall, mt.silver and etc.. You will only able to get the respective bell to catch the dog from Scientist after that. Please check the bell tower out.

Hi. sorry for the inconvenience, you will need to catch a new Torchic for this quest, this NPC will register the time during you accept the quest, if your Torchic is catch before the register time ,it will not be accepted for this quest
