Have you talk to the guard that blocking entrance of Cerulean Cave after you beat Lance? because the scripts and your variables seem like don't have any problem, you should be able to access to the cave after beat Lance and talk to the guard, he will be gone after you have interacted with him.

The only way to get your rare candies and masterball back is by talking to Buck in Stark mountain heatran room , he will return rc and masterball to you. Btw it's possible to defeat npc with lv60 pokemon and catch Heatran, quite number of players already did that. Some of them bring a level 60 in and train in the cave until certain level before facing Heatran, you can get free heal from Buck in the cave ,some just bring along a tank pokemon like Umbreon for it, it's depends on how you do it. I hope this can help you on catching Heatran, Good luck. :Grin:

Sorry for the inconvenience, this is cause by one of the function in game was broken, both of this bug catching contest and mirage island are sharing the same function, so both of them glitch in the same day. Can't be solved until the broken function is fixed.

This is not a bug. Like what Akalli said, this TM tutors in PRO only teaching the Final Evolution Pokemon and some viable pre-evo exceptions. Chimchar is not in the list.

Sorry for the inconvenience, it is not a bug, maybe due to the statement is not clear. Actually, it does double your mushroom, every time when you harvest the mushroom, it will generate the value of the next harvest, if you choose to use Paras or Parasect to double it up, it will be double for the next time else it will be normal harvest. As you can see your highest number of mushrooms are 6. But for the normal harvest, you only can get maximum 3 mushrooms in your harvest.
