Sorry to hear this, by the way are you disconnected during catching Jirachi? If yes look for Nikola boss in Trainer Valley>unknown place. I am sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. The shiny encounter rate are same for both android and PC client, as the shiny spawn is based on the server and not on the client. Most likely you still didn't have luck as other people also didn't as well. Good luck on your hunting, hope you can find a shiny soon. :Grin: For your information, the shiny encounter rate in wild is 1/8192. Other than that, boss fighting reward after 3 consecutive wins also with an increased chance of it being shiny.
