  1. And an MMO can NEVER have too many money sinks. Sorry for the double post.
  2. Please stop crying, in most of the MMOs there is no such thing that instant warp travel, you MUST walk around to get from one place to another. In fact the only MMO that comes into my mind with instant travel is Star Trek Online but even there is a 10 min cooldown on it.
  3. Here is a Wiki, but well in development, barely has any content yet https://pokemon-revolution.wikia.com/wiki/Pok%C3%A9mon_Revolution_Online_Wikia I doubt that there would be comprehensive a list of MS Pokes and areas mostly because I think they are not all discovered yet.
  4. I don't think that every information should be available in the Poekdex. EV yield is something you can look up from various sources if you wish.
  5. True enough. But it's just like this in every MMO. Even in dinosaurs like WOW you get banned for exploiting a bug. So you're practically betatesting any game you're playing.

    Mount

I know that, but even int he Coin Shop I think there are more important things to be implemented than a mount version of (nearly) every Pokemon.
  7. And what would it do other than working as the current menu system?
  8. All those glowing letters make my eyes bleed :P Frankly, I think there should be a way - any way - to make MS available for those too who can't use PayPal. And I think it is actually a good thing that you can sell MS. I agree that it would be simpler if we could "purchase" MS for PRO Coins, because it would make such trade simpler.

    Mount

More mounts mean more animations to make. not an easy task, and not a fast one either. Moreover, i don't think it should be a priority as much more pressing issues are there in the game currently. And frankly, mounts are only fancier bikes...
  10. We are not bugtesting the game any more. There never will be a "final version of PRO because of legal stuff. You're playing and discovering a game and not betatesting it any more.
  11. I had the same problem. Got a server crash after I left SS Anne and my leftovers were gone :(
  12. Frankly, the encounter rate could be deduced if the community would work together and would be willing to write some statistics. All we would have to do is to write down what encounters we had on this or that map, collect the data, and we would have the encounter chance for every Poke. I actually love the ? system, especially that once you have seen a Poke, it will fill all the ? marks. Move, TM, tutor, ability and item lists are under construction. Mostly because I think none of the staff members actually remembers all the TMs they have put into the game :)
  13. 1) On Route 3 where you can dig out items, if you're mounted, the crack tile overlaps the bike/mount. It is an issue with all 4 cracks there. 2) On Route 24 south of the girls who tries to catch Abra in the corner, there are some wrong tiles.
  14. I appresiate the answer Red, it's good to know that you're keeping a close eye on things. I agree that when you re-invent a region you're limited, but I liked PWO's approach more on Kanto. They had a more or less original story with no Team Rocket, no Giovanni, Blue is mourning his inferiority under Red etc. That was something new and more original than beating Team Rocket for the 100th time. I'm looking forward to this mysterious new region though, I'm sure it will be fun to play :)
  15. I have two major problems with the game as it is now. 1) The gamey is very linear and boring. Let's face it, all of us played through Kanto at least 5 times in various iterations of Pokemon games. That is no fun any more, no matter what you add to it. Forcing you to start there, play through the exact same story you played on the handhelds, plus add some huge leap forwards in NPC levels between gyms (before Sabrina or Giovanni for example) makes the first 50 hours of gameplay boring, tedious and in general a waste of time. Why can't I start in Jotho, or why the Sevii Islands don't open up earlier than beating the E4? Something that could make mindless grinding less painful. I almost died of boredom. Mind you, it's not about being hard to progress, it is good and prudent in an MMO, but there is nothing the game could enchant you with while you're walking through Kanto, because PRO shows nothing more there than what we saw already a gazillon times. True, it does it flawlessly, but it is not more interesting than playing Fire Red again. 2) I just don't like how trade currently works. We have one single trade channel and that's it. EVERY MMO needs a marketplace, or a market forum or something where you can freely browse things on the market. Some MMOs have a trade terminal in every city which gives you access to a trade platform with everything on the market instantly available. Other MMOs have trade places/cities what players can access from various places across the world, browse the offers, made their transactions and go back where they were. There is nothing like that in PRO, only one single trade chat which is overcrowded by random sale offers, usually not even worth to attention. And even if you have found what you were looking for, you most likely have to walk through half of the world to meed up with the seller in a Pokecenter. And there is nothing funnier than walking through all of Kanto just to realize that your seller changed his mind meanwhile and doesn't even shows up....
  16. Also don't forget that the more encounter tyou generate the higher the overall chance you gonna find one. It took about 15 hours of constant hunting to find my first Charmander, so that should be a point of reference.
  17. Re: Item Locations + discription! <t>By the way, does that item work only on Pikachu or on Raichu as well?</t>
  18. Re: Item Locations + discription! <t>+1 Light Ball: Doubles both the Attack and Special Attack of Pikachu. Held by Pikachu, can be found in the Power Plant</t>
  19. The accessibility of the regions is very confusing at the moment because of the lack of official information, so I decided to ask the staff 1) What are the exact conditions of getting to Sevii Islands? Beating all Kanto gyms or beating the E4 too? 2) How to get to Jotho? Have to beat the E4 and Red or E4 is enough? 3) How to get to the Orange Archipelago? 4) What are the conditions to get to Love Island? Have to own 120 different Kanto Pokemon in my boxes, or is it enough to have them owned at one point? And how do evolutions count? A Charizard counts as 3 Pokes or only 1? Thanks in advance :)
  20. This is a good idea. The only problem that in the eye of some rarity equals value and consider a very rare but otherwise worthless Poke extremely valuable.
  21. It is still an MMO. You shouldn't get things here easily. And honestly, I think that most of the Pokes are still too easily obtainable in PRO :)
  22. Either a trade center or this is really a must have to make trading smooth in PRO.
  23. It is not an issue yet, but it will be in a few weeks. Currently the only way to find something is on the trade channel, or if you're lucky, on the forum. But not everybody checks the forum and the trade channel is already flooded with conversation, making it impossible to search what you want and to communicate. There are solution of this issue in other MMOs. A "Trade city" accessible from any PC, one marketplace per region to trade there, a virtual marketplace (like ebay) either integrated into the game or outside it. The actual method is up to debate but even now, in the early days of the game it is impossible to conduct proper trade through the single trade channel.
  24. Cool guide. I'm looking forward the Jotho edition :)
  25. I'm almost 100% sure that walking does NOT raises happiness. I was dragging along through half of Kanto an Eevee for two days now and it has still exactly the same happiness as it had the day before yesterday. True, I mostly biked during this time, but not exclusively.
