Frux had it right, the "Apprentrice thing"' means that we are in formation to be future staff member -or not regarding to our success on what we have to do. :) Basically, anyone can be selected when there's a recruitment session at the role needed by the staff to fulfill its range :p

Hello GorrionAuxiliar / GorrionBlanco, We're deeply sorry to see that you lost the precious Kangaskhan you probably farmed a lot for, and we, as players too, know how painful it is to finally have the one we reached just to see it gone by a rollback due to a server crash. Unfortunately, and i maybe will pull-off the sticking-bandage quickly, but there is nothing we can do for you to retrieve your pokemon and money. As a matter of fact, you know that Pokemon Revolution Online is still in Beta, because the game is always under development and it's clear to anyone that, sometimes, crash happen. And they won't happen in a pleasant moment. Anyhow, we cannot retrieve you a Pokemon you've lost by rollback because the existence of this Pokemon haven't got the time to be itself inscripted in the database of the game (consecrated in game by the attribution of the ID to a pokemon you just caught). And without any ID to find the denominated pokemon, it would be unfair to other players to generate a random one if it could advantage you in anyway. For the same reason but in other conditions, the money you spend to go in a safari is registered when debited to your player account, and it cannot be given back to whom was in the safari during a crash because it already has been spend. I hope you'll understand and pass over the annoying situation with a little relativism : all of this is just game money and entertainment :) In the future, you should consider waiting stability from the server to enter a safari or being able to spend 5k without regarding to the costs =) We really know it's annoying, especially when we start the game and don't have a lot of money, but you will have enough time and money beyond you to find another one, and it will be better and maybe shiney that the one you encountered first ;) Have faith, and enjoy the game ! Hello again Ostrago, The way i see it, you may be experimenting bug in the course of the quest's scripting. This can be summed up in two points, i guess : 1- You beat Entei too soon than you should have done it and the others are not available yet normally because you didn't complete the real part of the quest you should have, 2- You beat Entei because it was time for you to do it, but the others had not respawn to their normal place after you first talk to them before it was time. (I know it's a lot of before and after but i hope you get it !) Depending on what playtime you have, you must know that you can beat the Guardians Boss at 750+ hours, which have each every one of them their respective Legendary Dog in the team, so you should complete the data to have Celebi anyway. But i'll move this topic in our NPC and Scripting Bug Section in order to entrust the task to reset your quest to one of our content scripter and/or admin when they'll see it :) In any case, don't worry, you haven't ruined any chances you have to get one dog when it's time, neither did you ruined that to have Celebi :) Everything is gonna get back to normal soon ! Have you tried to "talk" to the TV in your mom's house again ? You need to do it before searching the second legendary :) And i saw you already got the first one ! Maybe you just forgot to see the tv-news again, a lot of people missed that part :) Also do you know that the locations aren't exactly the same for the two of them ? I hope i've been helpful, and i'm waiting more informations from you to know if we can solve your problem ! Edit 06-20-2017 : Two weeks from now i guess it can be locked as solved !

As JeReMCo said to you, you need to activate the first switch every time you try another one. It means that you need to find the first switch, and then admitting you found it, try the other one on his left side for example. If that doesn't work with the left one, then you need to re-activate the first switch, and then only you can try the one on the right side as well. And if it doesn't work, re-activate the first switch and then try another one, and so on :) We know it can be painful regarding to your choices, if you chose the 14th one working with the first one, but nobody seems to have encountered the same problem as you so far, and that means a lot of players. <i></i>
