Hello thepez, We are sorry for your inconvenience, but we have for the moment no technical way to improve controller gestion in the environment of PRO. Maybe you can check on binding software to find a solution helping you to use your controller toward the fight menu, like using the keyboard touch 1/2/3 and 4 in the game settings and binding them to your A/B/X/Y buttons on a controller. I hope you'll find a good solution for yourself. Doing this, don't forget that using automation software or 3rd-part access software is forbidden tho :Grin: I'll now lock this topic as answered :)

Since the topic is locked, people aren't able to post their screenshot afterward. Unfortunately, you should have posted this right after you captured this Scyther if you wanted to claim the Volcarona Wings by the topic way. Now that the NPC has been implemented and that the Volcarona Wings is an automation ingame, you will need to get another 290+ points pokemon in BCA to get those wings for your account. Hello Rosariel, Don't forget you can also fight again the trainers in Kanto (even the trainers in the Gym except for the Leaders) once you have the 8 Johto Badges, before the E4. Hello tngan0700, 999 is indeed the maximal stack you can have of one item, which is quite a lot in fact. When you buy from the regular shops, you cannot buy more than this amount of items. Unfortunately, the thief isn't a regular market, so it seems you have been scammed by a regular scammer ingame :Grin: We don't do refund for this kind of error, so all i can do is giving you the best advice you can have : next time you buy things from a thief, check your inventory to see if you aren't getting scammed ;) And now i'll lock this topic as solved.

Hello lucentauri, We are sorry to read that you've got this inconvenience, unfortunately, we can't grant you a new TM in replacement for your lost one. Happily, you will be able to buy a new one at Celadon Mart for 3500p$ according to the TM & Move Tutors Guide you can refer in here :) For having dig before this, you can also capture a Pokemon that learn dig by his leveling up like Diglett for example =) I also think PRO on phone is good for very few interactions but not this one :) Thank you for your feedback and sorry for your bad experience with it, but if you can, i highly recommend you to prefer desktop version for your future sessions :) I'll now lock this topic as solved :)

Please be sure you keep screenshots and evidences about every way you tried to contact your opponent in case you have to show them to validate his loss. If your opponent don't answer to you, it will be a forfeit match for your opponent because he clearly miss or avoid the multiple contacts you've tried to make. Be sure you refer to the person in charge of judging matches (Shamac) with the evidences of the contact trials you've made ;) I'll now lock this topic.

Hello Niktro7, As Giovanna already explained, it's a well known bug on User Interface which has been known for us and reported many times by players. Fortunately, a simple client total reboot erase those visual glitches and the game is normal again :) If this ever happen to you again, even if you know how to avoid it, just close the game entirely and relaunch :Grin: Another thing left : To link pokemon to people or channels, you need to put them in your party, because the method invocate the number of the pokemon in your party and without this it cannot work :) Thank you so much for your report ! Hello yamayama, Everything has been truly said by Prehax and Honbuk before, sync has a chance to proceed of 50%. It doesn't mean that on two pokemons you will eventually have one with the good nature. I guess the Random Number Generator (also known as RNG) have been hard with you by giving you two times the wrong nature, and also two times the same wrong nature. Nothing is needed to be fixed in it, you were just really unlucky with those ones. Multiple tries will be needed to have a good one with the good nature. Hello Plicson, I'm sorry you missed your Pokemon because of the boxes being full. Actually, there is right and wrong in what you've eard or supposed. Boxes are meant to function up to 60 full boxes. The other numbers after those boxes are strictly "decorative". We would like to make it more and more but there's a physical/technical limit to all those pokemon slots you can fill with wild hunts :p So yes, it's a known bug that boxes only allow to full them until the 60th one. We're sorry you lost some pokemon and pokeballs while ignoring it :) Try to make some good place and chose the best you caught to light this a bit and have empty room in case you go hunting or walk across a shiny ;) To rectify some informations too : Pokeballs can pe purchased up to 999. Which is the maximal amount of objects you can stack in only one slot :) I hope you had all the informations you needed, now i'll lock this topic as it's answered :)
