While doing, make sure to provide screenshots of the transaction, but also the agreement stipulating it was only for dex service. Without this, the team can not help you having your pokemon back, since there is no better proof the screenshot of the agreement and the transaction. Hello Kurushiimohamed, I see from your post that you've been on PRO a long time for now, and i think you're doing great by continue playing all this time. We are all concerned by this backpack-bug thing, but unfortunately for now, there is nothing we can do about it. Indeed, as it has been explained several times in the past, the all actual item's gestion system is based on a form that doesn't allow our programmers to modify it without breaking everything they got in place from the beginning and it represents a huge amount of work to do. We ask you to please understand that Rome wasn't built in a day and take in consideration that programmers are currently understaffed for all the work there is still to do. I hope you will be able to make your part of comprehension for this one, which i know is big because you need to fight the Guardian 3 times again to manage your row, but remember several things that will cheer you up : - Maybe next time you will have the luck to catch Entei at first try, (20% of chances everytime, remember :D ) - Before fighting a boss and if it makes a long time you didn't do it, open the backpack in a wild pokemon fight to prevent bugs, - Delog/relog to force the game to refresh your actual datas and save anything important, - Sometimes, we will have a fully fonctionnal mailing system with items gestion and we will maybe be able to store objects/prevent backpack bug. During the time it's still under development, we can just advise you to be more careful and cautious, and adopt some safety reflexes for the greater good. :) I hope i've been helpful to you, and i'm sorry for your loss against the Guardian again. Everything will get in order once you finished the Hoenn adventure, and every one of your Pokemon will be able to get back in the pc and/or your team. By this time, we wish you luck for your Hoenn quest and everything is gonna be alright when you will win your 8th badge from the region. That feature was implemented so people would not abuse the event to have easy rides when starting a new region. You will be able to get all your pokemons back once you have beaten Hoenn Elite 4. Hello avivi1234, As it was told before, the staff may not add a TM for Moonblast. Luckily, the Pokemon which learn the attack by leveling are able to do this, and some can do it with eggmoves. Hello emirk6, We're sorry to read that you're experimenting troubles with Paypal, but unfortunately this is the actual only way to donate to PRO. As you can see in the topic of the suggestions already made, other ways to donate are not going to be given and this is a non-negotiable situation for us here. Therefore, if you want to donate, you can still buy a MS or the items you want in the coin shop to some other player with the money in game (never use real money trade on PRO, this is strictly forbidden) or try to find a way to pass over the limits of Paypal for your country (such as Proxy or VPN, you'll find yourself a good way to find solutions on the internets ;) ). We're sorry that we cannot do more for you, but as it can't be a positive answer to your problem, i guess i'll lock this topic as solved. Hello Ceehtiger, Don't worry, there is nothing wrong with your game :) In fact, the Lugia data is not acquired by actually seeing him during the fight, but by beating all the pokemon Arnie should oppose to your team, and actually defeat him in the duel. Our staff have seen that you didn't fully defeat Arnie. I suggest you to try again at the end of the actual cooldown, to defeat him properly and you'll normally get the Lugia Seen Data after the fight. Now you have some time to prepare the fight again, you will want to see some NPC Battle Guides to see what Pokemon should defeat the boss properly ! Hello Dur3x, Like Prehax told you before, this is not possible for us to reset your account. It's a Non-Negotiable Issue for the Staff and it's settled in the post he linked you here. As it's explained, you can therefore create a new account with the same mail address, so if you want a fresh start on the same server, you can always pick a nickname close to yours, and restart :) This system allow you to have two accounts with the same mail, two emails so basically 4 accounts, which means 12 possible fresh start since there's 3 servers online. And, please, by using the forum, post in english. We love our German users aswell but everybody needs to understand you here so it can maybe help someone else. Hello kostalas, Have you tried to log ingame with your own pc ? Does it still work ? Maybe this new computer has not the same configuration (as, for example, execute as an admin, or firewall exceptions, and so on..) Please check this subject and follow the steps that can help solving your problems, and come again to us if you still encounter this problem. If it works on your other computer, the problem is related to the new one obviously :)

Hello Beastorino, I'm sorry to read that you are encountering some problems due to crash issues, but as Carlito2 just quote on the post above mine, there is actually no solution for you to "level down" your Pokemon. The Staff is not allowed and doesn't have any way to do this as it's a part of Non-Negotiable Issues (which you can all see from This Post ). I hope you will find another good Marshtomp to evolve at the right moment, and in the future please keep in mind that the game is still under development, and that crash issues can happen in here. Prevent it by letting one or two "safety levels" when you need to evolve your Pokemons :) Thank you Carlito2 for the good quoting, let me now lock this topic as solved.

And if the evolution has failed, which can happened sometimes because who knows ?, i think you will be able to make it evolve again by the same conditions :) Have you tried to make it evolve a second time or not ?
