Hello, I'm sorry you're in trouble right now, but can you be a bit more specific about that "glitch" you're talking about ? LAst time we checked, no glitch was there and for nobody except you apparently since we didn't have any complaint of this kind so far. Can you bring us evidences showing you were both in safari and both time it glitches ? Without this, we won't be able to improve the game by fixing this glitch you're talking about, and we also won't be able to refund you the 10k you just lost. Thank you for your cooperation ;)

Hello Akaw, I'm sorry for your inconvenience, but as [mention]Frux[/mention] said before, everyone has to get the same trouble as you if we don't defeat Deoxys by the first time. You now have a chance to take profit from others mistakes in the past, as you are not in the first bunch of Deoxys' battlers, so i hope you will find a good solution to calm the beast when you get the money to go to the moon again. Hello Giacomoamd, We're sorry for your trouble, but Choice Scarf is actually bugged as you can see it now, and it's now on the list for the dev team to fix. We hope you'll be able to enjoy it properly soon, but for now all everyone can do is to wait for it to be fixed. Hello snowbull, We are sorry to see that you're experimenting some troubles around here. Have you tried to fully uninstall and reinstall the game ? Or maybe some of the crash issues we mention in our General Support Bible Also, you may have to add an exception in your firewall/antivirus for PRO as it can block access to map loading servers. Or maybe the problem can come about a too slow internet connexion. Please verify all those steps and let us know if the solution has been found :Grin:

Hello HikigayaYuki, Indeed, you will need to reach a higher discoveries level to be able to "buy" the fossiles in exchange for Artifact Pieces. By using the machine to revive them after (which use some of your ingame money too) you will also be able to synchronize the fossile you want to revive. I personnaly think it worth the pain to make some new discoveries and wait for it to be enough to 1/ exchange artifact pieces versus fossiles, and 2/ use the machine to revive them :) Also [mention]PreHax[/mention], there is no need to answer like that to a user. Everyone can be new on forum/ingame and can't be sure someone is not trolling at them. You're doing a great job by helping people around and making animations and stuff but you may remember, please, that some cannot know you and can be a little cagey about informations quickly given by "a member" of any kind. So, please, next time, be sure to not use sarcasm or irony when you're answering someone, if it's really for helping ;) For that HikigayaYuki, you'll be able to see by your own in the future, answers PreHax give are nearly always right and precise. He makes a lot of effort to help people in here and ingame. Now allow me to lock this topic as solved.

Hello AkaKush, Seems to me there's no bug for now ! At this point of the adventure in Johto, you won't be able to survive this way if the character can continue :Grin: Let do the whole storyline in Johto and the passage will be free by some times ! Hello JinMoRin, Have you tried to fully uninstall the game and re-download it ? You'll need to erase every file before you download it again to be sure avoiding conflicts. Also, you can try several options in this General Support Megathread, like for example Crash issues or other issues. Finally, if the PRO Engine is not loading, that can be because your computer need to run the game in Administrator mode or because your firewall is blocking somehow the game in order to load. Please be sure you add an exception for that :) I hope i've been helpful :Grin:

Hello Norbusch2, Unfortunately, i'm sorry to tell you that there's nothing we can do to help you with this rollback issue. Prehax is right on this one. But, what he forget to tell and that you also need to know is the fact that you can have Pawniard from other sources in the game. That one isn't the only Pawniard. In fact, there are some in Excavations sites that can appear sometimes and also as a reward from some Ingame Boss. You will need to check for those sources if you want any new Pawniard :Grin: ~ Lock as solved ~

Hello Dennis401, You also need to know that your Pokedex is your best value in matter of searching informations ingame. It has all infos on the levels pokemons can learn some moves, the locations of pokemons, quick schematic strentgh and weakness in what do look for IVs, and also abilities. Remember that if you need some informations about where to find some pokemons, users are also friendly and ready to help on any servers in Help Channel :Grin: Finally, if you haven't seen a pokemon but you know someone that have it in his party, you can ask him for a non-ranked battle (with /battle username) so the pokemon should be added as seen in your own pokedex and you will know all the infos to get one by yourself :) Now that you have all the needed informations to find pokemons by your own, please allow me to lock this topic as solved.
