PRO economy at its finest. I also think today we have a good and balanced market, same goes for pokemon spawns and we build this together. All together, with feedbacks, studies around pokemon and market and if we will keep on working as a compact and living machine, PRO will always have a healty future. Well done guys

Well i think here we lost the main point of the conversation. We should separate 2 different aspects: 1- Staff having an identity separated from their player account and the possibility to change their name. 2- Staff changing name and identity for personal advantage and other reasons. About first point, i guess we all here understand why is important for staff to have a separate identity from player account. If this point is broken by any leak, i dont see any problem in changing identity. I am quite sure we all agree on this, if not, feel free to make me notice where i havent been clear. About second point. This looks more like a complaining post. If staff made any error in past, he got punished for it as a normal player would have been too. We are a Team but keep in mind guys that our priority is to grant a pacific and healty game. If a staff among use breaks rules, he gets punished, and even demoted then necessary. So please, from now on: Use respectful words toward staff and any other player here and in PRO community. Harassing and verbal abuses or even bad jokes arent allowed. You are free to talk about "staff changing their name", but do it with respect and respect other players opinions. I am not going to lock this post since someone else may want to express his opinion, just take this as a warning i case we will have to issue any punishment for future disrespectful events, i repeat, to staff and also players. So, going back to our conversation, i dont see any problem in changing a staff name to cover his identity. Also if a staffer makes a good job around his role, everyone should only appreciate that, same goes for any kind and good player. Of course, if you have something to say about a staff abusing his power, making mistakes and similar things, we have private subforum sections for these things. We wont ignore you guys, we just want to ensure a pacific and enjoyable environment in PRO. Last warning for people not going to read this wall of text: Every disrespectful event will be punished. Blader and Gambi I hope you got what i wrote in my comments. "even though the way Gambi went about it was a bit harsh for a public forum". This is the point i brought here, saying that this wasnt the best place to express those ideas in that way. Everyone here can legitimately complain about others experience and comments. We are on a public forum, in a public discussion. Feel free to express your opinion but as Staff Member i must remember you to do it with respect. Now, as Gambi said: Will keep the red line since i like red and it makes words more evident. Let's go back to our conversation :y:

I'll be clear on this. Our forum has some rules, everyone has to respect those rules. Also, our forum has sections, everyone has to use said sections properly. A public post isnt the correct place for complaining and even if you have something to say about a player you MUST do it with respect. As I am talking with respect to you and as i will always do to everyone here. So let's please quit this drama here. I am not saying everyone has to be friendly but at least everyone has to pay respect. Not only to staff members but also to every player here. If possible, we should try to talk about Black MS and Repel Trick here and from now on. For any complain, use the right area please.

[mention]Gambilicious[/mention] just note rule 15 from Rules: 15. Disrespect and Toxic/Trashtalk behaviour with no grounds directed to staff and users will be aggressively sanctioned. This applies on official PRO scope. Let's talk with respect and we should remember that everyone here has to act in a mature way since no one came here to harass others or is allowed to. About the repel trick and black ms, i agree about : Game should be balanced and i think both repel trick and black ms benefit this feature.
