Hi there If you have a black screen instead of the login screen when you start your game client, here are the quick steps to follow for an easy fix: ▪︎ Change your desktop screen resolution ▪︎ Launch your PRO game client ▪︎ Revert your resolution change back to your initial one You might also want to install the latest Display Driver updates, and Windows Updates.   17. As explained by Spacemuffin and hahahaka, you do not receive experience from them, as this is a way to prevent easy EXP gain and to make progressing a bit harder. This is also the case when you lose to a Gym Trainer. When you first battle a Gym Leader, you receive EXP. When you lose a Gym fight and go rebattle the Leader, you will not receive EXP.   18. Hi there Have you already tried to install the latest windows updates and graphic drivers? If you have an Avast Antivirus by any chance, downgrade it to Version 7, as Version 8 may cause this sort of crash.   25. HI there You can enter Dragon's Den once you reach the 8th city in the Johto Region, the entrance to the cave itself is found behind the Blackthorn City Gym. You can enter it once you have 150 Evolutions and a Level 100 Dragon Type Pokemon. -- To reach Iron Island, you must first reach Canalave City, the city for your 5th Sinnoh Badge, and talk to the Sailor there to travel to the Island.
