Do i have to have every time electabuz and schyter when im going to Pinkan Islands? Or i can evolve them?

As well as try to delete your temporary files and running PRO as administrator. Please try these steps out and feel free to reply if they work or if you need any additional assistance :) i did try all that but i cant go in game :( Same error all the time. As soon as i write my nickname and pasword the crash start xd. And as soon as i open the PRO game icon i got this message (i dont know how to post screen shot so i just rewrite the thing XD) ""The game crashed. The crash report folder name "2017-07-23_134742" next to game executable. It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game." And with that little message i got the folder with day and time name, and some notepad error text. PS i really like this game, i play it before and now i wist to start again because i forget my pasword and nickname and i cant XD. Thank you for your help!
